I have been a customer for well over a decade. The way I was treated by Pete, the manager, was unacceptable & extremely disappointing. I did not deal much with Alfredo, because I spoke with Pete first, before they even serviced the vehicle. I alerted him to the bad services I had before & he guaranteed to oversee this service & look at everything. After 4 hours, he tells me he did not look at anything & admitted the report I received was inaccurate & not true. He became rude & aggravated, angry, & did not want to continue speaking with me. I had been a long time loyal customer and did not appreciate or deserve this treatment. After this happened, the next day I spoke with Clarence Diggs. I was also dissatisfied with the way I was treated by him. He at first guaranteed to take care of charges for my AC repairs, & even offered me a 10% discount for all of the trouble & terrible service I had received, & then went up to 20% max after I spoke further about the situation. He then called back & said I should have my vehicle serviced somewhere else. He went back on his word, he misrepresented himself, & basically lied to me. I then spoke with Luis from the loyalty department. His treatment and the way he spoke with me was disheartening, to say the least. He proceeded to tell me they would not work on my 01 Cobra and they have decided to not service my vehicle. This is the way this Ford dealership treats a loyal customer of about 15 years. Basically a punch in the gut after being a longtime customer. I will be sure to share all of this with my family members who have purchased trucks and vehicles from this Ford, as well as friends I know who buy & service at Ford.

Very disappointed with transparency and, eventually, honesty in communication. Our vehicle was dropped off Monday 8/3 evening, with an appointment time of 10:30 AM on Tuesday 8/4. Throughout the day on 8/4 it was articulated Jason was working to get the vehicle “pushed through”. We asked to be informed if they would be unable to look at our vehicle on 8/4 to which Jason responded “Yes sir, I will.” We did not hear from him again that day. The morning of Wednesday 8/5, Jason contacted us stating it could be another 2 days before our vehicle would be looked at.
Transparent and honest communication would have prevented significant disconcertment, and may have prevented us from removing our vehicle from your service center. Furthermore, this morning 8/5 we called to speak with a manager regarding our concerns and as of this time (19:26 on 8/5) we have yet to hear back from a manager. Very disappointing customer service and feels like lack of ownership to improve service and team. Undoubtedly will be our last experience with Grapevine Ford service department.

First off...the work so far seems to be good. And...Jason did the best he could considering how the process started. The car arrived at 4pm by AAA and handed over...but somehow it could not be found until 5pm the next day. I was not made aware it was missing until 3pm. Was told I was to be contacted by 730am but nothing. Called at 930 and was told in a bit I would get a call. I had to call at 3pm cause I still had yet to hear from anyone. Thats when I was finally told they could not find the car. Some communication as promised and we could have addressed this issue earlier. This put the entire process behind one day.
