Made advanced appointment, advised to bring in Navigator at 0900 for paint sealant application. Advised it would take 4 hrs. Finally received vehicle after 7:00 pm. 10 hours????? After I left dealer on my way home I noticed my drivers side wiper was disconnects and laying on tray at the base of window. Returned following morning and advised service rep of the situation. Different fellow). He went to the back and spoke to someone. He got a replacement and installed it for me. Great guy!!).
