Tyler Jaquess was great, my lack of satisfaction is purely from the work done to my vehicle. It seems nothing was done, nothing more than just making my check engine light not show.

Tyler was cool and the Lyft service was convenient, but the execution was lacking. I’m not knocking - I’m providing feedback to help y’all improve. When I scheduled a warranty appointment (centralized appt service? Didn’t seem local or familiar with services) I asked for a service tech to call me with an estimated time for a battery switch out; I only had an hour to spare. Never got a call. I show up for my appointment and Tyler tells me it will take several hours (he apologized for me not getting that info) but told me about the shuttle/Lyft service, so that worked for me. 7 hours after drop off, I had a new battery and 2 recalls were fixed. I requested a shuttle back. An hour passed and nothing. Tyler followed up and at the exact same time I got a notice that a shuttle had been scheduled. Problem was, instead of picking me up at my house, they told the driver To pick me up at the dealership. Attention to detail. I cancelled that Lyft with the driver and Ford arranged another to pick me up at the correct location.
In sum, good experience with some detail hiccups. I like the dealership and just want to help improve. I’m in customer service so I like legit feedback.

Every time I come to the service lanes I have to wait tirelessly in my vehicle, get out and look for someone?? Tire pressure sensor was on when I picked the truck back up from service. I expected that would have been repared or noticed by service team. Also tire pressure was not uniform after balance and rotate. I expect it would have been reasonable for them to check tire pressure...
My advisor was kind prompt and professional though
I want you to be my dealership. These are easy things for fix. Let’s get better and make service our #1 priority. Profit will follow
