Would like to hear only maufacturer recommended service packages. They cover inspection of all vital parts of the vehicle, further repairs amd fluid replacements should be based on the inspection. Recommended packages are not necessary, they cost a lot of money which makes it costly and not worth maintaining the vehicle.

Not only did they not patch or take a screw in one of my tires they blatantly lied to me to tell me that it was patched to just get a flat tire two days later. Thank you Discount Tire! After rotating my tires, I leave and my whole truck shakes when I got up to 50 miles an hour. I understand wanting to get me out of the end of business day on a Saturday but sending me on my way after rotating my tires back to say..... “you have a shaved tire” does not exude confidence on anyone at this store. Pete was a nice enough guy but I think the mechanics that work for him should not be in a hurry to get me out after I made an appointment.
