Not a big fan of asking an answering service to have someone call me to inform me of the status of my vehicle. I also felt like we were taken advantage of. I will not take my vehicle to Grapevine Ford ever again.

I am several vehicles and every time I bring my vehicle or do you guys it is absolutely the worst service, it’s like you guys half **** everything, I had a tire changed and bought a tire and you didn’t bother to put any of the tools back that I used to change the tire when I ask you to, the wash job you did was half **** you might as well just not even have done it I have bought two vehicles from you guys and I never will again
