It took a very long time for our car to be serviced. We had to call daily for over two weeks to see if we could take our car in. We kept being denied a rental car and told that we had to figure out how we were going to get home on our own. Miguel did an amazing job at listening to my concerns and did his best to fulfill my needs. I am satisfied with the service that he provided, but I am disappointed with Ken Grody. We’ve been having problems with this vehicle since we purchased it and now we are being denied a rental car because apparently the car must be diagnosed first in order for us to qualify for a rental. I don’t understand why that is if we have bumper to bumper. I also don’t understand why we can’t get a bigger car. We were finally given a small vehicle, too small to fit the three car seats that we use. I don’t think it’s professional nor fair that your customers have to call in daily to try to get our vehicles serviced or to beg for a rental.

I have a 2020 explorer platinum series. I was getting a pop up on my screen saying check headlamp system see manual. so I made an appointment just for that reason. when I got at the service center I was told they didnt know what it meant and they would get back to me. the service center called at at 10:55 telling my model is so new that I have about 10 updates that are needed to done but the machine is malfunctioning at this time and I have one car ahead of me and they said it might not be done until tomorrow, he didnt know. I have been going to that service center for many years since I have usually owned a Ford. this was the first time I felt that no one cared if I had to come back or if I had any inconveniences. I told the service man this is why i made the appointment i read to you exactly what was wrong. he advised me that its really not an appointment unless I have an oil change. he said we get so many cars we are backed up and we dont know what the cars needs. I dont understand that since when I made the appointment saying what was wrong. I feel I never should have ndver bought this car since the model is so new and the service center doesnt know how much about it, untill the serviceman looks at it. I am very displeased and I wasted my day. and I will have to bring it back and it will take the whole day to fix my car. I did appreciate that my car was washed but I felt like Ken Grody Ford is to busy and really didnt care.
