Efforts were excellent on Ismael’s end. He did everything he could to help resolve the issue. It was a hard situation to rectify since the cause of issue is with Ford Motor Company’s engineering, quality control and out right dereliction of addressing design issues. Ford Motor is fully aware of their design defect and will only address a fix until customers die. I went to school with the Grimshaw child who burnt beyond belief in Pinto defect in the late 60’s. Please forward this on to Ford Motor company because when we try and tell them about this issue it falls on deaf ears. I would bring my car back to Ismael for service but will never buy another Ford product.
