My son drives the Ford Fusion mostly. I called Tim, leaf a message we had engine light on. Tim return my call told me when I could bring the car in. We dropped the car on time. We were in and out. Customer service, great! Tim told me he would give me call. He did, leaving me a message he would call me back. When Tim called my car was ready. I love, the customer service.
