JC seems nice enough and focused on customer service but my $100k truck performs the same as my wife’s explorer. My confidence in the techs is skeptical at best at this point. Really disappointed and now it will return for a third time in less than two months of ownership. I expect it to be a 100% when returned to me time. I have not left a public review yet, but im sure not many people, including Mr Grody, will be impressed by the review of a $100k truck that isn’t performing as promised by the salesman I purchased it from. With oil change package, Miguel and his team couldn’t do the tire rotation due to the off-shaped lug nuts.
They replaced the lug nuts and did tire rotation as well right next day in respectiful manner. I sincerely thank Miguel especially the manager “Mike”

Love this truck and Ken Grody Ford. People often think the dealership is more expensive but not all the time. Ken Grody Ford has always been more than fair. Its the confidence that comes with knowing your car was repaired correctly and the little details such as the service writer calling you with the status of your vehicle on his day off. In the service package included tire rotation but he claimed not able to do so because the lug nuts got messed up so couldn’t remove the tries from the wheels.
I had 4 brand new tires replaced at third last service from this service at Ken Grody then tires were rotated at second last service before this service without having any problems but why is this time, for tire related job got declined? New tires should be rotated for better for wearing and tearing and I drive the truck a lot for my work. If the lug nuts are not that strong against power tools Ford has to reconsider about it.
