Very professional. And courteous. I am glad that he told me my VSC would cover most of a key fee. A year or two ago a different rep said it wasn’t covered, so I put it off. As I have worked at Chevy and Honda, I was surprised that the key was over $500.

They performed a Computer Diagnostic on the re-call part mentioned. I received a clear explanation that my car in particular did need the part changed. And they did change that part.
