JC was extremely rude and hard to reach to schedule my appointment. The car came out streaky and dirty. JC was not at all concerned about it and tried to blame me. He did not offer any sort of fix for the streaky eckbond. I have never been treated so terribly at Kan Grody Ford before. I left after dropping off my car upsent and after picking up my car i was even more upset.
