Raul has not been communicating with myself very well, multiple times in the past 2 months that I’ve taken my vehicle there for the same issue which is the ac unit not working, I have during those time l have called and either got his voicemail but no returned call till 3-4 days later! He has told me he would follow up with me in c many days and does not. This last time he called on Tuesday and told me my vehicle would be done by the following day Wednesday. Then I get a call today at 6:20pm after the service department closes at 6pm that my vehicle can be picked up tomorrow. I don’t see why he couldn’t have called me hours prior to let me know the status. Also I’ve been without a vehicles all 3 times that I’ve had to drop off my vehicle and they couldn’t find me a temporary vehicle. I’m sure there is a lemon law in place for my vehicles having been taken in 3 times for the same issue already?

My truck had a check engine light on, not my fault. Took it in on Tuesday got it back Wednesday, fixed the light. I bought my truck from Ken Gordy, spend lots of money on truck and I didn’t deserve a car wash. I saw 6 vehicles leave and all where nice and clean. I was a bit upset, just because I always recommend this place.
