I called and spoke with Ismael in regarding my sunroof wasn't working again. Now I did get a new sunroof a couple weeks after buying my car last November. My appointment this time was for the 15th with Henry because Ismael wasn't working that day. I brought my car in and I didn't hear anything from anyone Tuesday and I called Wednesday afternoon explaining that I work Thursday and Friday and I get off work at 6:30. Ismael told me that the service center was open on Saturday. So no one calls me Thursday or Friday with an update on my car. I call Saturday and I was then informed the glass for my sunroof is on back order and I can have my car back and when the part comes in I can bring my car back. So Ismael did have my car washed and I picked up my car. So am I happy with the work? No. But I am waiting for the call so I can get my car fixed.

I took my truck for an evaluation of a steering wheel shade in the morning, by the late afternoon I got a called that the truck needs track bar replacement and quote a price around $839 and some cents for the replacement. When I picked up the truck, there were only 2 bolts holding the track bar. I checked my receipt and it shows a labor charge of $600.00 for a 2 bolts mounting screws in the open space, no obstruction. How long does it takes to remove and install a bolt, 2 hours per bolt? The labor cost is ridiculous. I would not take my truck there again or refer anyone in the future.
