Took my car in for a tire change and my tpms sensor was still on. I called Tim and i told him its no big deal because I know i can drive like that. He said it was a big deal because they need to make sure everything was fine. I bought a new tmps sensor and he got my car fixed and back to me in my convenience. Great job tim really like that fact you took it as a serious problem. Good customer service.

Raul Rodriguez instructed me to file a claim with my insurance company to cover rodent damage ( and my broker didn’t even know that it would be covered) He met me halfway on a car rental when he didn’t have to - going above and beyond.
