Absolutely poor communication on what was going on with my vehicle. I told the person who was helping me with the vehicle that I needed to pick it up on a certain day due to an appointment with the vehicle for some other installs outside of Ford, and went to pick it up with nobody there to help me on a Saturday when I called ahead and never received a call back. It’s unacceptable to not call customers back and to not communicate with them regarding the status of the vehicle they drop off. Management was nowhere to be found at first, and when I found the sales floor manager, he was still absolutely no help. This is what I avoid dealers at almost all costs due to the poor customer service and ability to assist customers properly.
