I wanted to drop-off my car after work and was discouraged from doing so. She encouraged me to drop it off in the morning which is not convenient for me. When I showed up, she told me they would not be able to work on it that afternoon, and I told her that was fine and I was aware of that. When she called to give me an update, she only had looked into one issue and not the other. When asked what caused the probelms I was having, she said she didn't know.
