I didn't get my service check that I was expecting.
I took the the car in at 1.30pm on Wednesday per raul, that was the appointment time.
I called yesterday Thursday at about 1pm, nothing was done yet, raul said he would call me back, he never did.
I called back at 4.30 pm to speak to raul, according to him the car hasn't been checked because the technician has more work, he said that the car will be checked on Monday.
I called back again at 5pm to pick up my car, this raul answered and said that the car was being checked, this doesn't make any sense, one minute he tells me that car won't be checked till Monday and now this happened.
I came to pick up my car, the hood wasn't even opened or checked at all, raul was just lying.
I will be taking my business to another dealer.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, it's not the first time at this location.
Just be honest and truthful to your customers.
