I struggle to make appointments at KG Ford as the level of service typically falls short f most dealerships I’ve used over the past 20 years, NB Lexus, Sterling BMW, etc. In this instance, I called, was placed on hold, then transferred and placed on hold again, then gave a guy all my information and was disconnected when he went to put me on hold. While this was the first time it played out this way, the customer service experience was typical. When I called back, I ended up eventually with Annette. It was a great experience - Annette is the exception at KG Ford. She was excellent with great communication. This great communication continued throughout the experience. I share this because I want KG Ford to improve. I bought this truck to occasionally tow. I have typical expectations in the market. The more a dealership can make the service experience seamless for a customer, the greater the opportunity.
