There seemed to be a mix up on my contract as I was told I would receive 3 free oil changes on my agreement. However they were not added. So needless to say I was surprised when Tim told me there was a charge. When I explained to him there shouldn’t be, instead of just saying there is no maintenance agreement this is what you owe, he took the time to call the finance department and tell them. He showed me what was on my contract and advised me to make sure I come in and have that fixed. Ultimately I did not have to pay for the oil change and he made sure I was ???? satisfied. His customer service was second to none. From the time I dropped my car off to the time he walked me out! Thanks Tim!
