I took my Ford vehicle in for the current recalls on it and the front end there feels like the right front is dragging. It was test driven and was told that it was the 4x4 vacuum hose leaking air causing noise at the right 4x4 hub. It drove great for two days and now it is back. Seeming worse than before. I had to leave my vehicle there for two days to get this all done. Now who knows what will happen this time, to figure the problem out correctly.

Horrible customer service in the repair/service department. We had so many different issues with ken grody ford and ismael. First off he dragged his feet trying to determine what was wrong with the car, which was a year old. Then when he diagnosed it, took his time trying to fix it. He then waited and dragged his feet on the warranty. We were out $800+ for a rental car because he never told us to just get a rental car from ken grody. When we did finally get a rental car we owed $800+ Then it took weeks and weeks to hear from Ishmael about getting our refund from the rental car. He didn’t want to help us out, didn’t want to deal with it. It took hours to get a hold of him each time we called, and it was a different excuse each time we called. All in all it was over a month before we got our car
Back. We then had to cOntact the ford corporation to see about our refund, which they would only give us about $500 back. Corporate said Ishmael is blocking and not responding to their calls. We have been waiting 2 months+ to receive the money we need to feed our children. We still have no answers from ken grody, Ishmael, or ford corporate. It’s sad, as we have bought/leased many cars
