John Barajas struggles with communication as voicemails and emails largely go unanswered, requiring follow up communication to receive answers or get action.
Further recent service of my new truck, the driver’s floor mat was not in the vehicle when it was returned to me. It took an email, a voicemail, and two text messages to gain resolution. I have no ideas where the mat came from that I was given as a replacement, but it appears to have come out of another vehicle.
Overall, I think he does try very hard to make sure that he’s doing everything thing he can to make sure the customer is happy, but the poor communication leads to a level of frustration that’s hard to overcome.
