The work that JC did seemed to be perfectly fine. However, getting in Contact with him was nearly impossible. It took two weeks for him to call us back and schedule an appointment for work that took less than a day to complete. He seemed to be very busy, overwhelmed, or flakey in regard to setting up and working with customers. That was very frustrating as this procedure was to protect our brand new car using eckmode (sorry for incorrect spelling) and we went two weeks unprotected after being told by the company that Jc would call and schedule quickly after purchase.
Additionally, after I did schedule an appointment to drop my car off, he wasn’t even there to meet me, or explain what would be done. Another service rep had to check me in and explain. He almost wasn’t there when I was scheduled to pick my car up either. I had to wait for him for 15 minutes to get my car and when we did he didn’t even explain or show me anything that he did, just gave me the keys and walked away.
