They said that they rotate the tires. And that they check the brakes. But how can they do that if I forgot to give them the keys for the rims. They lied about that. I’m not happy at all.

The service dept is very unpersonable. I don’t know if they don’t like their job, overworked, or understaffed. A couple of the guys are friendly enough to acknowledge my business, but Annette just sounds and acts completely uninterested like Roz in Monsters Inc. From the phone calls to the interaction in person, all very monotone and like an interruption to her day. I dropped my car off on Monday at 7am (after already waiting a week), and didn’t get a call for several days to tell me the problem or how long it would be in the shop. On Wednesday I called and they still didn’t have a diagnosis. I had to call twice to get it moving & it was finally ready the following Monday. It’s been less than a week, but I think the repair was made adequately. I haven’t driven much. Again, I don’t know if everyone from customer service to the mechanics are overworked, but on a scale of 1 to 10, in speed, communication, and customer service, it would get the lowest rating. Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of choices in dealerships because of where I work. We’ve bought many fleet vehicles from KG & service is the same. Customers are not the priority. No, I do not want follow up from Annette. Pls work on customer service being a priority.
