At the first day I met her, she did not put all problems had happened to my car. I had to hand written the rest of problems by myself on the paper. In addition, I got a temporary car with gas high usages to drive to w ork for a week long. I tried calling back to her on the 2nd day with the temporary car but the answer is kind of you got what you had.
Anyway, after few times of contact for the services that I can see she had getting better to understand the need for a customer.
