I can't say enough about Ken Gordy Ford..always exceeds our expectations and always friendly and they take the time to explain everything.
My husband and I relocated to Riverside and he made the biggest mistake ever.. taking it to a ford dealership over there..Not only did they not do anything..but they also took some paint off our truck .
The worst ..so of course he learned his lesson and this time around he brought it back To Ken Gordy of Buena Park .It was worth the drive and time . By far the best in sales, customer service and over all experience.
I honestly just want to say thank you.I know dealerships and their crews do not get enough recognition..so Thank you from The Familia Estrella to your's.

Very happy with my experience with Service Advisor Raul Rodriguez. He was attentive,listened to the problems I was experiencing with my 2017 F-150 and offered a series of service options that he thought would take care of the issue. Tim was professional and went out of his way to show me service room. I asked for a salesman which he followed up on and I ended up purchasing a new car while I was waiting for my truck to be serviced. He called me to follow up and very politely said he would wait for my decision (wasn’t sure if I was buying a new car or not). He did a great job of customer service. I manage over 100 employees and wish my staff had his customer service characteristics.
