I had a terrible experience with Mr. Rodriguez. Had to return to dealer on a second visit to discuss with manager my issue. Paul kept insisting that I needed to submit a claim with my vehicle insurance to get service on a electrical sensor because my vehicle was involved in a traffic accident based on unsubstantiated evidence. There was no official report or write up indicating that an inspection was performed to support his claim, except what he claimed were scratches or light rubs on vehicle bumper. This infuriated me because I know my vehicle had not been involved in an accident and at that point I felt that this was an attempt to make a more profit from my insurance. What ever the reason was for his behavior was unwarranted. After speaking with Mike (manager), he agreed to have my vehicle inspected and service performed. I would like to thank Henry from service for being professional and courteous and restoring the trust that I would expect from a Ford dealership.

Hi. I came in today, October 12, 2020, for service on my 2017 Ford F-350 dually which I purchased from Hemborg Ford in Norco, Ca a couple years ago. Due to that dealership taking advantage of me and my brother who cosigned. So afterwards, I started looking for another dealership to get my service & maintenance. I decided on Ken Grody because it's the closest Ford dealer to my house. I have had my oil changed once or twice before with Raul as my service advisor. Always was a pleasure dealing with him. Today was a different story. There's some guy named Tim who helped me today or should I say tried to rip me off by upselling me on "topping of my DEF," in the amount of $95... now I know that my DEF level was on 1/2 and that should last me another 800-1,000. And I always fill up on DEF when I pass by a truck stop, where it'll only cost be $25 to fill up the DEF tank completely. I end my comment with this observation... Tim should be counseled on his demeanor with customers and understand that if he is the face and personality that I'm greeted, in this case not even greeted, then he should think about the bigger picture in terms of making Ken Grody a profitable FORD dealership for years to come and upholding the claim that it is the #1 Ford Dealership, instead of trying to make a few dollars extra by selling me something that I didn't ask for and don't need. I hope that me taking my time to go through the hassle of going to your dealership wasting my time with people in your organization such as Tim and then taking the time to write this long feedback helps your company to right by your potentially fateful customers. The problem wasn't fixed. Tire pressure sensor is still faulty on one tire in my brand new truck. I'll be back, to have the sensor REPLACED like it should have been the FIRST TIME, in 2 weeks.

For a simple inspection they ask me to leave my truck and come back the next day to pickup,inspection that is due to fail for an installation on the dealership,I did purchase that truck wit you and I had to take it for repair 3 times already with only 1700 miles on it, every time that I took the truck in it means 2 days off from my work , and you guys are not offering shuttles because covid but that means for me to pay uber twice from the dealer to my home, I believe that you guys can do a better job with cases like mine it's a brand new truck purchase from you it should be priority if is failing so many times, it's not a oil change or a regular service or it a fail from the costumer it's a fail from factory

We were on our way to riverside from Phoenix. We now live in Phoenix. The truck had a check engine light on for a few days and I was not able to get into a local dealer till Monday. I have a code scanner and the codes were emission related so we took the truck to riverside. On our way to riverside the wrench light came on. I called all the local riverside dealers and they would not get me I until the following Monday. I callled Ken grody Ford. Talked to Annette, explained we were from out of town on a late Thursday evening, she told me to be there first thing Friday morning to obtain a rental thru the extended warranty I purchased at Ken grody when I bought the truck. Happy to say, the truck was repaired Friday and I was happily on my way. Big shout out of thanx to Annette and the Ken grody team.
