The service writer did not seem interested to get to the bottom of my issue. He briefly explained what the tech found but when I asked about the tech's findings compared to the previous shop's findings he basically Shrugged his shoulders. I did not get to the bottom of my vehicle's problems and now find myself having to take it back to the initial shop to be re-diagnosed.
