I’m very unhappy with the service and customer experience I received. During the cabin filter replacement the technician damaged my glove box. When I brought it up to the service consultant Raúl Rodriguez, he blame the brocken glove box with the age of my Ford Explorer, calling “old”. My husband half and explain to them that the box is was damaged in the process of replacing the cabin filters (the cabin box needs to be dropped I order to reach the cabin filter housing). In addition, the he service team failed to noted in my receipt or mention it to me.. During that discussion Raúl Rodriguez said that they at was wrong and that the Brocken glove box had nothing to do with the cabin filter. At the end of the discussion he asked to drop of the SUV at the dealer to inspect and advise, but later I found out that my SUV sat there for 4 days and they didn’t even look why the box was broken and from where as suggested. He said that I had to pay $600 to replace the box. We have been a loyal customer to Ken Grody Ford, but after this experience and the service department I will be going to Cerritos Ford or La Puente Hill Ford for any futures needs. I will be also be posting bad reviews in every available platform.

I had called to see if they had my detail sticker, I was told they would order it then call me when it came in. But when I dropped off my vehicle for my detail and recall, the sticker was not ordered. I got my recall fixed but I have to go back again for my detail sticker which I did not plan to do.

I bought two Shelby’s within a month and left my wife’s Shelby F150 to be ceramic coated and clear bra installed. While there it was to have had a couple of other warranty items taken care of. When we got it back the job was so bad I chose not to allow you guys to touch it again. I have since taken it to my regular vendors to be completely re-done.
I took my GT500 for the same which appears to done well and was credited the cost of the clear bra which didn’t cover the cost of the original bra nor the costs associated with repairing/replacing the original job.
For the record JC was very concerned with getting the job done correctly the second time.

I was offered no solution to my problem at all, felt like I was a number, I had to follow up multiple times and in the end, was not happy at all. I brought a key in to get coded, it wasn’t the correct key and I knew that was a risk. I was charged full price, I do understand I took that risk. I still have spent my entire Sat trying to fix my problem of not having a backup key for my car. So slightly frustrated I asked well how much is a new key? And I was told simply they had no idea and go to parts. I wasted a ton of time and money and felt bad in the process. I have a yelp review that I havnt post yet but have been thinking how bad the service was so I may. I 100% will never return as my ford dealership experiences have never gone like this
