You can’t get my car in for a week, so I will be taking it to Tuttle ford. This happened last time for my broken fly wheel. You could not get me in for that either. I find it very interesting that as soon as my service package was up, you guys don’t have time for me, oh yes I came in for brakes but you couldn’t get me in then either. Just so you know I have been coming to you guys for 12 years.and my previous car was a Ford Escape that I bought from you guys and you did all my service on that car. When I bought the edge 5 years ago my husband and I both drove out with two 2015 Ford edges. We loved it so much I sent my brother in-law in and he got a Ford Edge. We sent our best friends in and they got a Ford Edge. So I feel very disappointed in your service. By the way we both had to have our flex wheels replaced at a cost to us at about 122,000 miles. I am upset the the warranty was up on both cars and we had to pay for both when I am sure this is a factory recall when you get enough of these in for the same thing. Now the problem seems to be engine light on and a wrench showing. When you do your process to find out what light means it says loss to torque converter lock up clutch, recommended transmission removal and disassembly for inspection to determine root cause at our expense . Crazy right! The flex wheel for both our cars were just replaced at the end of March 2020. My husband engine light just came on in his car, the other Ford Edge. We haven’t taken it in yet but I’m pretty sure it’s going to be the same thing as mine. What are the chances that you purchase two 2015 Ford Edges same year, same color, the exact car. For 5 years you have taken care of both our cars. I am now disappointed in the car, but even more in the lack of customer service.

Wasn’t able to pay with my quick lane ford credit card because apparently only one person knows how to run the card through and he wasn’t there so either I wait half an hour for the person to get there or use another form of payment. Why have the card if I can’t use it when I go?

I was a loyal Hyundai owner for over 20 years and across multiple vehicle platforms. I made a conscious decision to go with the Ford brand for my newest vehicle purchase. I am VERY disappointed with my post-purchase experience. There is a Ford dealership very close to my home, but I chose Ken Grody based on reviews and word of mouth. For several weeks,I have been forced to initiate contacts and follow-ups with service and parts personnel, instead of the other way around and have endured delays explained to me only AFTER I inquired about them. After my upcoming appointment, I plan on taking ALL my future business elsewhere.

Annette was great! The only real concern I had was the car wash. It was very badly done and there was dirt on the truck still remaining. They also was a lot of the area on the truck that wasn’t washed. If you offer to wash vehicles you should do a way better job than I received. Again, Annette was great and got me in and out in around 90 minutes as promised.
