My truck has been in service for times for the same basic problem I just got it out of service on Thursday evening taking it for a Test Dr., Thursday night part of the problem still remains I asked Ishmael if he inserted his phone and did a test on it to see if he could text while driving he said no he forgot about that so it will be back for the fifth time to fix the same thing next week since our service guy went on vacation today

He was very helpful. You guys need to lend out cars or have a shuttle. It's **** that I have to find my own way because you guys are understaffed. Because of this I'd rather take my car to a non ford approved shop for my cars problems.

The Ford Service Team at Buena Park performed an awesome job on my car. They changed the oil and I paid the difference for Full Synthetic. They also did a full maintenance check and checked everything else. Also, one of the guys explained to me how to change the light colors inside my car. They were very patient. I am very satisfied with the services they gave me on Monday 08/31.
