The one thing that irritates me the most every time my car is serviced has nothing to do with Ismael. Please, please put all my gauges back to where they were when I dropped it off. I took me 20 minutes stuck in my hot garage trying to get back to my everyday gauges. I don’t want it left saying the oil is at 100%. I wanted to see exactly how miles left until empty. Plus my key fob was left in two pieces resulting in the fob falling down between the electric seat and the center divider. It took me 5 minutes to find it. If I entrust you with my key fob don’t take it apart and if they do put it back together. I also broke a nail putting the ring back together. Pissed me off royally and don’t ever have your sales department call me and ask me if I would sell my car back to Ken Grody because it’s the top of the line Fusion and Ford’s not making them anymore. Ismael was great it’s the others who have be more courteous of other people’s property. That call from sales was very unprofessional and I better never get call like that.
