I know things are really hard right now and although I feel communication could have been a bit better, everyone is experiencing delays right now and as soon as I brought it to Raul's attention he addressed it right away. Now is the time we can all practice some patience and extend some grace to people in the service departments. I am happy! My truck is fixed and it feels much better.

Tim always provides exceptional customer service. The technician checking cars in outside told me to wait in car and tim would come out to get me...I wasted 20 minutes waiting before i asked another person and they told me I needed to go inside.
