I dropped off my car shortly after 7 am, and had been told the work would take about 4 hours. At 1:00 I called to ask when it would be finished. They said 3:00. When I questioned why it would take that long I was told the work was finished but they still had to take photos and submit paperwork to Ford, plus get a manager’s approval on it. Then they said they were doing the paperwork as we spoke, so come between 2 and 2:30. I asked would they call when it was finished, or should I just come? They said just come. I arrived at 2:40 pm and still had to wait another 30 minutes before my car was brought out to me. The 4 hour service took 8 hours of my day.
