This was my first service after buying a brand new 2020 Ford Explorer from Ken Grody Ford. Raul Rodriquez in the Service Department was a complete gentleman. I wanted an oil change because my car was a bit over 6 months old, but had very low mileage. Raul completely understood my concerns and took care of everything thing I stood for “time over mileage “. I’m taking my Explorer on it’s first road trip and just wanted to car to be completely serviced. Raul took care of my car needs and was so professional about everything. My windshield wiper blade was dragging a bit, Raul had a brand new set put on and well basically he was there to address anything I needed done. He also took the time to answer a few questions about my car. I highly recommend Raul Rodriguez and the staff at Ken Grody Ford Service Department.
