First I will tell you how professional and courteous Henry was as well as willing to solve my car issue. I have the extended warranty on my Ford Flex that I both purchased and have serviced at Ken Grody. As well as regular servicing I had been there for the same problem at least 4 times! All four times I was presented the paperwork on how my issue was “repaired“ at no cost because of my warranty package. You can guess how frustrating it is when all 4 times I would still have the same issue. You must also know how inconvenient it is to try to get back there on a work day, get a ride to pick me up, a ride to drop back to pick up the vehicle just to again tell you the same noise is not fixed. Over the 5 year period I would mention the same issue every time I brought the car in for servicing. The last time I brought the car in for service Henry was the service writer. When I mentioned it he said they would take a look but might not be able to get to the problem that same day. I completely understand BUT he went a step further and asked me if I wanted to schedule a date to bring it back for the same issue I had been having over and over. I scheduled the date, dropped of my car with Henry and something that has never been offered by anyone until now, he asked if I would mind if he took the car for a test drive. I was surprised that he would take the time but when he asked if I had the time to go with him to really point out the issue I was thrilled. The story ends 5 years later with my 2014 Ford Flex FINALLY NOT KNOCKING EVERYTIME I TURN A CORNER!!! More Henry’s needed!

Henry always goes above and beyond. His customer service skills are always on point. Very product knowledgeable. He will never tell you a problem or a cause unless he is ???? certain. I will only deal with him. He is extremely trustworthy.
