I did make an appointment days out for this service. After the car was disassembled I was informed they had the wrong part, causing a delay. I chose to leave it, rather than return the next day to drop it off again and wait.

The car is still making the noise. The first time I took it on the freeway it made it within 5 minutes of driving the car. I am not sure why the car was there for 2 weeks and no one could hear the noise after driving it 180 miles.

I had a tire issue, slow leak. I told Ismael about my problem. It was 2 days before New Year’s Eve and it was quite busy in the service department. Ismael offered me a remedy but I was not able to get in until New Year’s Eve day. The service dept. was only open for half a day and already had a full schedule. Ismael went completely out of his way by updating me and then in his absence had another service dept. member further assist me. It was a team effort but coming in at 7:00am made a big difference in helping Ismael & the team. Thank you so much Ismael and the team for making me feel important for such a small item. Cheers!
