It was concerning waiting in the showroom and a employee was walking around with no mask ! He was working in one of the offices by the reception area and would come in and out without his mask. The other concern was in the service department there was employees arguing with each other in front of customers which is very unprofessional . These acts have me concerned what efforts your dealership take to really protect the well being of your customers .

After dropping car off for service, I was not contacted with the any updates until the notification my vehicle was ready. Every other time my vehicle has been in for service, there was constant updates on what was found, what was going to be done and estimated time frames for when my vehicle would be complete. After picking up my vehicle, there was was aloud clicking coming from inside of the dash board and the driver's side window does not work with the auto up. I have not had the time bo bring my vehicle back to have these issues addressed.

Someone messed up my car badly! I went in for an oil change, and as soon as I got my car back and parked it, I noticed one of the tail lights stayed on. I didn't think much of it, it went away after leaving the e-brake off. I come back to check my car later and now no lights are working at all in the car! Now I have a check engine light on with low oil pressure, data errors etc! The car was perfectly fine when I took it in and this is how I got it back! Someone shorted the car somehow and I need this fixed ASAP!
