Only I said engin oil change. Bcs last time as same situation experienced. But I agreed and paid at that time. But this time different why?

Ken Grody customer service was awesome as always. Took my car in to get serviced for an oil change (no appointment). I was informed it would take about 2 hours. Dropped car off at 11:01am and didn’t get it back until a little after 3:30pm.
Understandable since it was a non-appointment and most likely your service team was backed up.
Ismael Rodriguez was very professional and polite as well as the other staff. It’s what I’ve come to expect every time I have my car serviced at this particular dealership. Keep up the great customer service Ken Grody!!!
