Henry is great & helpful. The wait time for an oil change & tire rotation seemed excessive. I called prior to coming in and was told it would be a much shorter wait.
I understand its the holiday season - there may be short staff due to vacation, or in house holday lunch celebrations, but there were no cars waiting in line for service when I arrived & minimal service request the 3 hours I waited. ( I saw 2)
Niot Henry's fault, but better & more direct communication would be appreciated!
