I just bought a2020 Ford F-150 Roesch in July I lost my second key my truck went into lock speed limit radio gps on low I spent $95,000 on this truck and they couldn’t help me out I’ve had the truck 4 months only has 3,500 miles on it and they said I had to purchase another key I called locksmith and they came out right away and did it in 5 min on there iPad and gave me a free spare key that’s not good service I’m yelping this on the internet and other media ratings all I needed them to do is reset it but o’well I guess that’s good service going to return truck back sometime this week if I loose my down payment it is what it is thanks Jose R

My car has been at the service department since 12 - 11- 20. I have only received one call on the status on my car and that was Saturday. Asking if they could keep it till Monday. It’s now Tuesday and I still have not heard anything.
