Honestly horrible communication skills empty promises I was told that the total would’ve been roughly about 180 to 200 at first by someone on the phone then when I got there in person she told me to 25 and then when it finally came to paying it was over 300 and almost $50 so that’s a huge lack of communication skills here they told me when I first got there that the car would hopefully be ready they’re going to try for the day before New Year’s eve when I actually had gotten to calling them I got attitude for me asking about my car being ready it’s a week later and I finally got my car and when I got my car the check engine light turned back on so what the hell do I pay $350 for if the car is still not ready for me and now I can’t take it back there for another week because I have work it is very stressful and honestly this is probably the last time I will be going to the store I will go to a different location and I will not be giving them any more of my service at this location but Tim was a very nice man and when he actually took over it did get better for the communication part but for the fact that the pricing was so different than whichReally did **** I don’t blame him for that I blame still Annette

During my visit to Ken Grody Ford, I was helped by Miguel which might I add was very pleasant. I was having issues with my vehicle maintenance contract which I pay monthly. However I was going to be charged 63$ for an oil change and had asked Miguel if he could check my account in which he did and told me I didn’t have anything that would prove me getting the oil change without paying the 63$ he then mentioned I should go and talk to finance. So I did and they found the issue and fixed it. Thank you
