The sales experience was excellent, however, the vehicle was delivered with a major part missing. The metal sleeve for the tow hitch was missing, which cost me 30 bucks to replace at my local Ford dealership. And the sales contract, which should have been delivered with the truck, was actually delivered six days latter, leaving me with no Proof of sale for that period of time. 4 STARS.
