Tim did a great job. Unfortunately the part needed is back ordered and not expected for 2-3 weeks. Again Tim was great. But having to wait 2-3 weeks for a part seems a bit excessive.

That is the very worst service team, both times I went had problems. First time they did damage to my truck and tried to blame me. The second time I was asked to leave because a customer was telling me to shut the fxxx up, flipped me off and called me an assh----, and your service advisor Henry sided with the other customer. They asked me to leave and refused me service. I will never recommend Ken Grody Ford to anyone, matter of fact, I will discourage anyone from doing any business there at all. Very poor service department staff.

I had an 8am appointment which was ignored by your service department. I was told 90 minutes for service to be completed. At 9:30 my truck was still parked with nothing happening. I went into service office and told them I was leaving. It was only then that they got the service work going. It would be understandable if I had not had an appointment. I will have second thoughts about returning!
