- Found a way to get extra work done before end of day (which was critical for me)
- Upon learning I lived a town away from him and that I was going to have a schedule conflict; Tim offered to pick me up and drop me off personally. I did not end up needing to accept this offer, but it was some next-level service nonetheless and appreciated!!
