Raul communicated extremely clearly and set proper expectation with regards to timeline for vehicle maintenance. When I communicated a conflict with pickup time, Raul saw that my vehicles preparation was expedited; ensuring my attendance for my meeting. A great overall experience.

Who in the world is asking to leave the car at the dealership for 2 weeks just to diagnose where the noise underneath the car is coming from . Also when I was called to pick it up I asked what's the cost of repair and when I got there it was a higher price. Very upset
