I enjoy working with Tim and the other staff at Ken Grody Ford. They are friendly, polite, prompt, and helpful. They remember me & my vehicles. And everything is done in a timely manner. Regular maintenance is done while I wait. And the newly remodeled Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park is very comfortable to relax and wait in while the car is being serviced.
