When I brought the car in, Mario Santana was the first desk I stopped at. He checked in my car and got a bag I had in my car, I wanted. On Friday I waited for a call to tell m when my car would be finished. None came. I called him and he said at 3 that it wasn’t finished yet. I told him I had to get a ride so was just checking. He told me if it wasn’t done then, I could get someone on Saturday, from your place would come and give me a ride.
I called at just after 4:30 and talked to him. He said it was ready.
I got a ride to your garage about 5:15 and he was gone. I asked for him, but another man in the next area said he would help me. He got my paper work so I could pay and called for my car to be brought up.
I have always had my person who checked me in give me updates on my car without calling. Then he wasn’t there when I went to get it. I paid for the car at 5:22 pm.
