Tim Prete was rude and condescending towards me. I am regretting buying the premium service contract as a result. I am treated better and with more respect at jiffy lube then how Tim treated me. If this is how you treat customers I don’t know how you can expect to stay in business. Tim should not be a customer facing employee based on my experience. Just because as Tim stated, “I’ve been working here since 2006” it only means he probably has been mistreating customers for 17 years. I hope this messages reaches someone who can help coach him to be better or consider a different role in the company.
