I was given the impression that the custom center closed at 5 pm. We called at 3:45 pm and left a message regarding our truck. We never did get a call back so we decided to drive to Grody Ford thinking it closed at 5 pm after arriving at 4:20 pm we found the custom are empty, no workers in sight. We spoke to a person in the service are they didn’t know anything but did call looking for someone to help us. When someone did come they didn’t know where the truck was and couldn’t return the call because they just stepped out of the office for a short time. The call was placed more than an hour earlier. Plus no where was it posted that you can’t pay by check since everyone was gone so Austin had to call someone to find out you don’t take checks. I understand but it was strange that two days earlier you accepted a check for $33000.00 then you don’t take checks. Actually the only one that actually helped us was Austin in regards to picking up my truck.
