I waited an extra 1.5 hours after my service was finished because Annette didn't come over to the waiting room to let me know it was completed. She said she called but I never got her call. Her phone may have been not working. I would have thought she would have come looking for me after a short time if I didn't respond to her call. She knew I was waiting.

I had to return my truck for repair. I was not happy about that but Raul is an awesome guy. He is very professional and his desk is always full. I know it isn’t his fault my truck isn’t fixed. I know he worked very hard to get my vehicle done before my trip last month. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixed. I’m sure no fault of his . Raul is an asset to your dealership.
